Wringer Laundry Co. (“we”, “us”) runs the laundromat at 915 W 39th St, Kansas City, MO 64111 and this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Order details you send us: name, email, phone, service, pickup date and notes
Account details for wash & fold and delivery: address and delivery instructions
App payment records showing which machine you started and when
Security camera footage of the entrance, machines and counter
Basic website analytics such as pages visited and device type
How we use it
We use your information to run your orders, text ready and delivery updates, keep the laundromat secure and answer your questions. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number, we may text you about your order, pickup time and store notices. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Payments
App and card payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the laundromat (payment processing, texting, website hosting), with our delivery driver for your address, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Camera footage is kept for about 30 days unless it is needed for an incident. Order details are deleted 12 months after your last order. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.
