Cameras and an attendant
Cameras cover the entrance, every row and the counter. An attendant is on the floor from 8 AM to 8 PM.

LED lighting over every row and air conditioning set to 72°F all summer.

Marisol Ardila and Theo Banks run the counter every day and know most regulars by name.
What makes a wash come out right.
Kansas City water is hard, and hard water leaves detergent in fabric. Our washers run a softened water line and an extra rinse on every cycle.
Open early, open late.
Wash before work or after the kids are in bed. The counter keeps shorter hours for wash & fold and delivery.
Holiday hours are posted on the door and texted to regulars a week ahead. Machine ate your quarters? Call (816) 555-0162 during counter hours.
Every tenth wash free.
Get a stamp for every washer you start or every wash & fold order. The tenth wash is on us, and the card never expires.
